What the Auditors Found in the Plano Independent School District

The auditors found a system engaged in transition with several deficiencies in system connectivity and consistency. Articulation across grade levels was severely limited thereby impeding continuity through the system for learners. Staff development was adequate and frequent but uneven in effectiveness and implementation. A condition of inequity was noted in several areas throughout the system.
